Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Rally Jax Tennis Club website, player profiles, events and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account, registering for an event or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older to create an account, or have a parent or legal guardian create and manage the account for a player under 18. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your name, contact details and self-rated level, and for keeping your password secure.

3. Player profiles and public information

Player profiles are public by default and may show your name, photo, neighborhood, level, ratings, match results, rankings and bio. You can edit your profile, hide it from public search, or ask us to delete it at any time. Match results that involve other players may remain visible in anonymized form so that other players' records stay accurate.

4. Events, registration and payment

Event prices, formats, dates and capacity are shown on each event page. Registration is confirmed when payment is received, or when a free registration is accepted. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card number. Membership plans renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for cancellations.

5. Scores, ratings and rankings

Players report scores and opponents confirm them. Unconfirmed scores may be confirmed automatically after 72 hours. We may correct, void or adjust results and ratings to fix errors, resolve disputes or address abuse. Ratings are provided for matchmaking and entertainment and are not an official USTA or UTR rating.

6. Conduct

You agree to follow our Code of Conduct, facility rules and applicable law. We may suspend or remove accounts, cancel registrations or ban players for misconduct, dishonest scoring, harassment or safety concerns.

7. Assumption of risk and waiver

Tennis is a physical activity with inherent risks, including injury, heat illness and lightning. Participation in any event requires acceptance of our Participant Waiver and Release.

8. Content you submit

You keep ownership of photos and text you upload. You grant Rally Jax a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the Services and in promotion of events. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

9. Communications

By creating an account you agree to receive transactional messages about your account, registrations and results. Marketing emails are optional and every one includes an unsubscribe link.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rally Jax is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify account holders by email.
