Code of Conduct
Last updated September 28, 2026
Rally Jax is a community. Every player agrees to:
- Call it fair. Make honest line calls on your side. When in doubt, the ball is in.
- Report scores truthfully and confirm your opponent's report promptly.
- Show up. If you must cancel a match, give at least 24 hours' notice. Repeated no-shows lower your reliability score and can lead to removal from events.
- Respect everyone, including opponents, partners, officials, facility staff and spectators. No harassment, discrimination, abusive language or racket abuse.
- Follow facility rules and leave courts as you found them.
- Put safety first. Stop for lightning, take heat breaks, and help anyone in distress.
Violations can result in warnings, match forfeits, suspension or a permanent ban. Report concerns confidentially to hello@rallyjax.com.
