FAQ
Membership questions
Do I need a membership to play?
No. A free player profile lets you enter any event. You pay $35 a match, bought in packs of 5.
How do match packs work?
Matches are sold in packs of 5. Each event entry uses 1 match from your pack. Your balance shows in your account, and unused matches stay there for your next event.
What does membership cost and save?
Membership is $40 a year. Members pay $30 a match instead of $35, which saves $25 on every pack of 5. It pays for itself after 8 matches.
What if I cancel an event?
Cancel from your account more than 72 hours before the start and the match goes straight back to your pack. Weather cancellations always return the match.
What if I buy a pack as a free player and join later?
Matches you already own stay in your pack. New packs you buy as a member are priced at the member rate.
How does this compare to other options in Jacksonville?
City complex annual passes cover court access only (around $100 a year for adults). A match here includes the organized play: a level-matched draw, scoring, ratings and rankings, and you play at public courts.
