Refund Policy

Match packs

• Matches are sold in packs of 5. Each event entry uses 1 match.
• Unused matches stay in your account. Unopened packs (no matches used) can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

Event entries

• More than 72 hours before the start: cancel from your account and the match goes straight back to your pack.
• Within 72 hours: contact us. We return the match if your spot can be filled.
• No-shows: the match is used.
• Event cancelled by us or rained out: the match always goes back to your pack.
• Leagues and ladders: matches are returned before the first scheduled match. After the season starts, returns are at our discretion.

Membership

• Club Member (yearly): full refund within 14 days of purchase if no packs have been bought at the member rate. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal.
