Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account and profile: name, email, phone, age group or birth year, gender (optional), neighborhood, tennis level, handedness, years playing, availability, bio and photo.
• Activity: event registrations, match results, ratings, rankings and partner invites.
• Approximate location: when you sign up, log in or contact us we record your IP address and the city it points to, so the club can see where members come from. We never ask for or store your exact location.
• Payments: handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation and the last digits of the card, never your full card number.
• Technical: basic device and usage information needed to run the site securely. Email opens and clicks are measured to improve our messages.

How we use it

• To run events, rankings, ratings and player profiles
• To send registration confirmations, receipts, reminders and results
• To match you with events and partners at your level
• To send newsletters and event announcements, only if you have not unsubscribed
• To keep the community safe and prevent fraud

What is public

Your player profile (name, photo, neighborhood, level, ratings, results and bio) is public unless you turn off public visibility in your account settings. Your email, phone number and birth year are never shown publicly.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Services (hosting, email delivery and payment processing), with facilities hosting an event you register for when needed to run it, or when required by law.

Children

Players under 18 must be registered by a parent or guardian. We collect only what is needed to run junior programs.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your profile at any time, hide it from public view, and unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. To request a copy or deletion of your data, email hello@rallyjax.com.

Security and retention

Passwords are hashed and pages are served over HTTPS. We keep data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to maintain accurate historical results.
